Nose: On the nose two classic Hefeweizen scents, banana and Williams pear, manifest themselves in their ripest, dare we say exotic version. Meanwhile, persistent citric hints give the beer an almost balsamic freshness.
Taste: In the mouth we have a fairly crisp and tart beer, a light body makes it very drinkable. Finish still dominated by fruity/exotic hints.
