VINIFICATION: Fruity with citrus notes, Martini Fiero is a blend of selected fine white wines. MARTINI FIERO's citrus notes come from sweet Spanish oranges. The peels of each are cut by hand into long strips, following the traditional Murcian method, laid on linen and dried naturally in the sun.
