TASTING NOTES.

Color: Fawn, almost amber

Nose: Intense and complex, the result of the blend of different extracts and long aging. Spicy notes of Cardo Gobbo, Gentian, Clary Sage and Licorice stand out; hints of Dried Fruit, Grapes and Ginger also emerge

Palate: Sweet full and harmonious reflects the extraordinary balance between the sweet note, the bitterness of some medicinal herbs and to pleasant savoriness imparted by the wine. The taste experience is unique, characterized by a pleasantness unobtainable in other bitters also due to the moderate alcohol content. The aftertaste, long and persistent, maintains the complexity and spicy notes of the herbs with a slight hint of tobacco

DESCRIPTION: It is the only bitter based on wine and Cardo di Nizza Monferrato. In the secret formula we also find Cardo Santo, Cardo Mariano and artichoke leaves that dosed wisely have a synergistic and enhancing action of the thistle's properties. All combined with infusions obtained from single extraction of Columbus, Juniper, Gentian Lutea berries, Cloves, Licorice Root, Cardamom, Lemon Bark and Marjoram
