Description: Amaro Bonaventura "Erbe e fiori" is inspired by the old Bonaventura Amaro of the last century, in which flowers are the founding element, the real legacy of Bonaventura Maschio. If Prime Uve Bianche is an expression of the vineyard from which it comes, with "Herbs and Flowers" the vineyard is also joined by the fragrant garden. This bitter ideally represents a walk through a flower garden.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Dark amber with golden highlights.
Nose: On the nose we find floral notes of geranium, rosewood, lime and cornflower with delicate citrus nuances.
Palate: In the mouth we have the bitterness of nettle and fibrous clover refreshed by citrusy hints of orange and citron. The closing bitterness is enriched by the sensations of apple and pear, typical of grape brandy.
