Description: A limited edition of the classic Rupes Amaro, the Black Edition is distinguished by its dark bottle and label, both front and back, screen-printed in platinum and gold alloy. Of course, the recipe does not change: it is produced through the old-fashioned cold-pressing method that involves infusing, for at least 20 days, a hydroalcoholic solution in large steel vats, along with top-quality medicinal herbs. The careful selection of these herbs, including fennel, bay leaf and Calabrian licorice, is entrusted to a distillery that has been honing the art of blending and processing roots and herbs for nearly a century.

TASTING NOTES.
Color: Deep amber yellow with brick highlights
Nose: It brings us dark notes of underbrush, medicinal herbs and cinchona on the nose, followed by licorice stick, tamarind and dark spices
Palate: Warm, soft, rich and mouthwatering taste, with a full flavor and bitter verve, unmistakable in its memories of roasting and roasting.
