TASTING NOTES.
Color: Amber with delicate brown hues
Nose: The olfactory picture is characterized by a very elegant and multifaceted bouquet, reminiscent of the scents of raisins, yellow-fleshed fruit, fresh almonds, dried fruit, citrus peel, candied fruit, vanilla and noble woods
Palate: The entry to the palate is soft and suave, harmonious, ample and rich, with a complex sip that satisfies the senses and accompanies toward a finish of great gustatory persistence, marked by a delicately bitter closure, typical of the almond
DESCRIPTION: At the base of this refined liqueur is the great Cognac Peynot, which is made from grapes grown in the territory of the prestigious Premier Cru of Grande Champagne and a subsequent process of careful distillation. The Cognac is enriched with almond aroma, which enhances the distillate's typical notes with a fragrant, intense nuance and a slightly bitter finish
