Sanpellegrino Chinotto was born in the very early 1950s and was renamed Chinò in the 1980s. A drink with an unmistakable bitterish aftertaste derived from the extract of the prized Sicilian chinottos from the slopes of Mount Etna. Among carbonated soft drinks, Sanpellegrino Chinò has won over entire generations of Italians, establishing itself as a true cult drink.
