TASTING NOTES.

Color: Clear, bright and transparent.

Nose: Intense and persistent anise aromas subsequently develop fragrances of wild fennel, dill and cumin, enriched by floral hints.

Palate: Very warm full-bodied, dry, sweetish, the intensity and persistence of the aromas detected in direct olfactory examination are perceived: anise, cucumber and wild fennel. It leaves the finish harmonious, an indication of exceptional quality, provoking continuous sensations of pleasure.
