Description: Raritas Holunderbeere - Original Elderberry Brandy from South Tyrol is a liqueur made by maceration and distillation from these rare and ancient fruits that are disappearing. This rare wild fruit is harvested and hand-selected by farmers to make a sumptuous eau-de-vie with notes that amaze with their completeness and harmonious variety.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Clear and limpid, crystal clear
Nose: Elegant, deep nose of elderberries, elderflower and green leaf.
Palate: The palate feels fine, spicy, clean, firm. Definitely fruity aftertaste.
FRUITY: Serve at 5°.
