TASTING NOTES.
Color: Clear and bright
Nose: Very complex on the nose, with notes now of juniper and citrine, now floral and herbal, developing on a pleasant sweet undertone of Moscato grapes
Palate: On the palate it delivers a unique sensory experience compared to traditional gins, authentically telling the story of Piedmont, from the herbaceous and citrusy entry to the extremely pleasant and smooth close on mineral and Moscato grape traits
DESCRIPTION : This is a gin that comes to life at the Santa Vittoria Distillery in Cuneo, which works with local farmers to source raw materials of the highest quality: the Moscato grape, the soul of this gin, and then fresh mint, thyme, sage and other botanicals from the Piedmont hills of the northwestern area. The distillation process performed in three steps, is carried out within hours of harvest, in Frilli-type copper distillers dating back to the 1970s
