Description: Windspiel Gin is a German distillate with a refined profile, characterized by floral and balsamic notes of great finesse and expressive elegance. It is produced in the Rhineland region by a small, family-owned distillery that is part of a farm. In fact, the base distillate is made from potatoes grown on the estate's lands. The Gin comes from a recipe, which in addition to the classic juniper berries, contains herbs, plants, flowers and spices, all of which contribute to a harmonious, fresh and pleasant blend. Because of its delicacy, it is perfect to taste straight or to prepare elegant cocktails in which Gin is the absolute protagonist.
