DESCRIPTION: It was in the early 1960s when Pier Liberale Fabris, grandson of Andrea Da Ponte, created and perfected a product that had never been made before: grappa from a single varietal distilled only from white Prosecco pomace and aged 8 years in Limousin oak barrels. Vecchia Grappa di Prosecco was officially born in 1969 and immediately emerged as an unprecedented and exclusive product, destined to elevate grappa to a distillate of excellence
