Description: Single-varietal grappa with an intense aroma, remarkable sensory impact with a very harmonious taste sensation. Obtained by Bain-Marie distillation in discontinuous stills of Gewürztraminer pomace, it is left to age for a period of at least 36 months in small 1,000-liter oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller carefully monitors the evolution of the blend, verifying scents and aromas, until a unique balance is achieved.
