TASTING NOTES.
Color: Straw yellow, with bright, shiny highlights
Nose: Elegant and fine aromas, reminiscent of apricot and refreshing lime. Mineral and herbaceous hints
Taste: Soft and delicate in the mouth, demonstrating its character as a classy and beautifully drinkable wine that invites repeated tastings
PAIRINGS: Fresh and thirst-quenching, Nino Franco's prosecco Grave di Stecca is your go-to bottle for summer aperitifs or to accompany that tremendous craving for the sea that is fritto misto di pesce
FRUITY: Serve at 8°C
VINIFICATION: It is the ancestral version of prosecco, as it is made from grapes from a vineyard of ancient origins. We like its elegance supported by a good acid shoulder and it impresses us with its beautiful and lively flavor energy. It should be served at 7-9° C, to give the palate a chance to fully appreciate its creaminess and freshness
