Description: Cinnabrio is inspired by the color red, produced by the ancient Maya using the mineral stone cinnabar. Red is the color of Kinich Ahau, god of the sun. Legend has it that the sleeping woman interceded on behalf of the people of Cihuatán so that the deity would send her two hummingbirds, carriers of energy. The iguana, stylized on the label, is another well-known inhabitant of the valley, which can also be encountered near the distillery, particularly on very hot days
