DESCRIPTION: Ivan Saldana, the mind behind the Montelobos distillery, originates this Mezcal Joven "Ensamble" starting with a predominant percentage of Cupreata agave, to which a touch of Espadin agave is added. An assemblage that takes shape from two distinct agave varieties therefore, both certified organic, which are then distilled twice, following ancient traditional methods
