Palate: Intense hints of the sweetness of Agave Azul with the presence of mineral notes
DESCRIPTION: This distillate is in fact the fruit of a small production batch in which the artisanal traditions of Jalisco were followed to the letter. To give the distillate the maximum expression of the raw material and the area of origin, the agave is steamed in stone ovens, milled with the authentic Tahona circular stone dated 1886, fermented in wooden vats and distilled in copper stills (copper pot) - exactly as it was done centuries ago
