TASTING NOTES.

Color: Transparent and crystal clear

Nose: Pleasant fruity notes on the nose, with a very fine spicy finish

Palate: On the palate it is soft, fruity, with a pleasant aroma, beautifully elegant and rounded

DECRITION: The word Ciroc comes from the combination of two French words: cime, meaning summit, and roche, meaning rock. The making of this particular vodka then involves cold maceration and fermentation of the grapes, techniques peculiar to the production of wine, not vodka. But vodka is part of the world of distilled spirits and in fact in this case the resulting mixture undergoes a series of distillations, then grape alcohol is added and a final distillation is carried out, for a total of five steps (clearly reported in the bottle) in discontinuous copper distillers
