Vinification: A memorable Chardonnay produced by the Albert Pic estate. Only the best grapes are chosen to produce it, from vines over 30 years old and from the best Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The result is a Chablis Pic Premier of great complexity, which only with years will express its enormous potential.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Old golden yellow
Nose: The nose is delicate, broad and very intense. It enchants with floral and fruity aromas that are still well fragrant despite its age. Sweet aromas of honey and candied fruit follow immediately, followed by herbaceous and mineral hints
Taste: In the mouth it is buttery and very elegant, with a fresh vein still well present that makes it perfectly harmonious and persistent. It closes with a long sweet and mineral finish.
PAIRINGS: Ideal with seafood or shellfish dishes such as oysters au naturel or with plain, unripened cheeses.
