TASTING NOTES
Color: Crystal clear and pure
Nose: The first nose is characterized by balsamic freshness and herbaceous notes that give way to botanical notes of great finesse and recall the Mediterranean with its accents on wild fennel, coriander, sage, thyme and lavender
Palate: In the mouth it shows remarkable cleanness, soft and full on the palate that is filled with the preeminent aroma of juniper and is balanced by the balsamic component in which the wild fennel prevails, as on the nose, refreshing and reviving every sensation
DESCRIPTION: Behind this gin is the Sabatini family, Enrico, Filippo, Niccolò and Ugo, with roots in Teccognano in the province of Arezzo in the heart of Tuscany, who in 2015 decided to demonstrate the beauty of the Tuscan imprint applied to a great distillate. The distillation is the work of Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers in London, from a family in the Olympus of London distillers, and is discontinuous through the use of a "Thumerlina" pot still for a final alcohol content of 41.3 percent
