DESCRIPTION

Harvested exclusively in particular Apennine areas of Tuscany, juniper berries are infused in pure alcohol obtained from wheat at about 65 percent alcohol and then distilled in a discontinuous vacuum still to preserve even the most delicate scents. Botanicals: Nepitella, Safflower, Reseda odorata, Robbia, Guado di Montefeltro. All of these fine and rare botanicals are infused separately in pure wheat alcohol at about 55 percent alcohol and then distilled, again separately, in a small discontinuous non-vacuum still. The other botanicals: Angelica, Lavender, Hibiscus, Elderflower, Pine Buds, Mountain Pine, Pine Needles. These botanicals are infused, all together, in 55% pure wheat alcohol. The resulting infusion is then distilled in a small non-vacuum discontinuous still.
