TASTING NOTES.

Color: Light gold.

Nose: Pleasant, elegant, very expressive and distinctive. Initially rich notes of wood, roasted cocoa, vanilla and caramel. As the rum evolves in the glass, it releases scents of dehydrated fruit, dried cranberries, spices; orange peel and citrus notes emerge.

Palate: Robust and full. Dry and explosive. Elegant notes of caramelized fruit, especially like cloves, nutmeg and pepper, roasted cocoa and delicate citrus. Long, caressing finish.

DESCRIPTION: Guatemalan rum, made through a complex blend of rums with different ages ranging from 3 to 5 years. Aging is done through the Solera system, where the younger rums are blended with the more aged in bourbon and sherry rum barrels.
