TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense amber
Nose: Bright and deep. Combines the olfactory hints typical of Cognac with the overripe fruity aromas of Williams pears
Palate: In tasting it offers a unique and harmonious mélange
DESCRIPTION: Williams pears are harvested in late October, when they reach their peak ripeness. Next, the fruits are left to macerate in a distillate in order to obtain an extremely concentrated pear juice. Finally, the natural pear aroma is assembled with Cognac 1er Cru Grande Champagne. It matures for two years in white oak barrels.
