TASTING NOTES.
Color: Brilliant Adamantino.
Nose: The nose expresses distinct hints of juniper and a mix of vegetal and aromatic herbs of laurel, sage and thyme, along with floral sensations of violet and wisteria.
Palate: The taste impact is round and enveloping, full-bodied but sweet, consistent in the many aromatic references that characterize a long persistence of juniper and sweet spices.
Description: During the distillation process, the spirit vapor passes through a basket placed at the highest part of the still and is gently infused with the aromatic flavor of the botanicals. This makes this gin more floral and delicate than gins distilled using the traditional copper still (copper-pot). At the end of the process, the gin is mixed with water from Lake Vyrnwy and then bottled. Despite this one-shot method, it is amazing to believe how many bottles are produced; many other large companies have dropped this distillation method in favor of others, precisely because of the high processing time.
