TASTING NOTES.

Color: Light and delicate golden

Nose: Fresh and assertive, the attack reveals juniper, orange peel and cardamom, then becomes more floral and vegetal, with jasmine and honeysuckle and notes of fennel and cumin, and almost sweet, with coffee

Palate: Full and elegant, with a bittersweet profile of lemon zest, génépi, anise and preserved almond, elongating to spicy notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and cubic pepper
