Description: Bulldog Gin contains 12 botanicals from eight different countries, three of which do not appear in any other gin, namely longan fruit, lotus leaves and white poppy. Sophisticated and complex, it is the product of four distillations, carried out following the traditional discontinuous copper pot still method, and is purified by no less than three rounds of filtration to bring out its aromatic characteristics to the fullest.

TASTING NOTES.

Color: Brilliant and transparent.

Nose: Presents a nose of white flowers, jasmine and lily of the valley, along with citrusy hints of lime and sweeter, roasted notes of hazelnut and almond, as well as light mineral sensations.

Palate: The taste impact expresses juniper and fresh herbs, as well as vegetal sensations of cut grass and notes of crisp white fruits, along with hints of lavender, for a floral and warm finish.
