Description: Fresh rose petal gin first created to honor the head distiller's mother, Rose, at her little brother's wedding. Rose had recently passed away, and this was her way of having her there in spirit, literally. Carefully tended flowers from her rose garden are slowly steam distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this intensely floral gin. After distillation, the gin is further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavors and give it its lovely pink hue.

Color: Pink
Nose: On the nose, one immediately perceives floral notes, refined and elegant, recalling the essence of Damask Rose and Wild Rose
Palate: On the palate, 'Glendalough Rose' reveals itself as delicate and slightly fruity, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness.
