Description: Oxley Gin is a new interpretation of the English tradition of gin making. To capture the freshness of nature, a unique distillation process was devised based on the use of particularly cold temperatures (-5°C). The result is a flavor that cannot be replicated in traditional heated stills due in part to the 14 botanicals used in the production of this gin. This method allows the use of fresh frozen citrus peel instead of the typical dried peel. So that inside each of Oxley Gin's individually numbered bottles is a bright, distinctive product that is also ideal for sipping neat.
