TASTING NOTES

Color: Crystal clear

Nose: Notes of juniper and bergamot prevail on the nose, while herbaceous hints of sage, mint and lavender emerge on the palate, giving a perfectly balanced fresh and balsamic finish

Palate: The slight addition of sugar brings a roundness to the sip that gives harmony among all the flavors and complexity at the same time. Interesting in blending and also enjoyable in straight drinking

DESCRIPTION: Jin Q is handcrafted in small batches. The botanicals (linked to the Reggio Emilia area) are steeped in neutral alcohol (cold compound method), then it is sweetened by adding a little sugar (5 grams per liter - that's why it is called Old Tom Gin) and is lightly filtered, brought to alcohol content and bottled, in fact it retains the straw-yellow color typical of unfiltered infusions
