TASTING NOTES

Color: Colorless and transparent to the eye

Nose: Clean and fragrant on the nose, marked by fresh citrus notes and earthy hints, followed by hints of juniper, spices and vanilla

Palate: Refreshing and lively on the palate as well, corresponding to the nose and long in persistence

DESCRIPTION: It is flavored with nine botanical elements, and is distilled following a complex, artisanal process that can involve up to 14 distillation cycles. Not surprisingly, Zuidam Distillers' Dry Gin "Dutch Courage" has won major international awards and recognition. Excellent to use as a base for the preparation of the most classic cocktails and long drinks.
