Botanicals have been selected favoring the island's flora, with special attention to environmental sustainability and ethical aspects of the supplying companies. The basic ingredients are: coriander, angelica, licorice root, iris root, Rock samphire (sea fennel), elderflower, grains of paradise, lemon peel, hops, and of course the ever-present juniper berries
TASTING NOTES
Color: Crystal clear
Nose: The nose is intense and sharp, with aromas reminiscent of lemon peel, medicinal herbs, briny hints, delicately spicy spices and the balsamic note of juniper berries
Palate: Dry and firm on the palate, with an essential and linear, delicately multifaceted and long sip. The finish is pleasantly refreshing, savory and citrusy
