Description: Mezcal Gin Agave Cenizo is an artisanal small-batch double-distilled gin made from 100% wild agave Mezcal. Through an ancestral brewing process and the London Dry Gin method. A base of cenizo agave that is used to infuse some typical gin botanicals such as juniper, cardamom, angelica, coriander, dragon eye, guinea pepper, orange peel and nutmeg and also some Mexican ones such as: ancho chili, hibiscus, lemongrass and avocado leaves).
