DESCRIPTION

Brandy obtained from selected Teroldego, Marzemino and Schiava vines from their respective production areas: Piana Rotaliana, hilly and sub-hilly areas of Vallagarina. Distillation takes place as soon as fermentation is complete. The grapes from the different grape varieties are distilled separately using the traditional Bain-Marie system in discontinuous steam stills, typical of Trentino culture. The individual distillates are then masterfully combined. An elegant brandy, with a balanced, full taste and distinct varietal characteristics, a product that seduces the palate with a marked sensation of smoothness.
