DESCRIPTION: It is made from the pomace of aromatic white grapes, such as Müller Thurgau and Moscato, which, after a delicate pressing, is distilled in Bain-Marie in the classic discontinuous still. The resulting Grappa rests for 10 years in small acacia barrels to obtain a unique and unmistakable blend of aromas. The wood used for the construction of the barrels (Robinia Pseudo Acacia), undergoes a seasoning of at least 36 months. The bending of the staves is done exclusively through the technique of steam bending in order to preserve the integral characteristics of the wood and the aroma of the essence.
