Description: A limited edition Grappa with a full taste and great personality, it is an explosion of sensations, decisive structure that enhances the work of pomace selection combined with the slow and patient maturation of the Grappa. It comes from red pomace of indigenous Trentino vines, such as Teroldego Rotaliano and Marzemino d'Isera, which, after delicate pressing, is distilled in Bagnomaria in the classic discontinuous still. The resulting Grappa rests for 10 years in small oak barrels to have a unique and unmistakable blend of aromas. The wood used for the construction of the barrels (Quercus Petrae), is worked "splitting," while the bending of the staves is done through the technique of steam bending combined with medium toasting.
