Palate: It is soft and enveloping in the mouth.
Description: A grappa created to express the maximum smoothness of a distillate, created by careful distillation in discontinuous steam stills of the pomace of Muscat, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. The typical grape varieties of the region, the temperature range of the land and the resulting aromas give unique and distinct organoleptic qualities. Trentina Morbida is then aged for a few months in barrels previously used to age Le Diciotto Lune Stravecchia Grappa, becoming even more "gentle" and velvety.
