The skill of Bonollo's master distillers makes it possible to sculpt the particular organoleptic profile of this barrique grappa, which is characterized by an exceptional aromatic richness and liveliness, as well as a softness and balance capable of surprising and exciting even the most demanding connoisseurs. Its complete maturity is achieved through careful aging in small French Oak barrels that allow the gradual development of harmonious and delicate spicy tones and that give it the name grappa barricata.
