Description: Grappa obtained from the Bain-Marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous still, aged for a period of at least 36 months in small 225-liter oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend, verifying scents and aromas, until a unique balance is achieved.
