Vinification: Traditional in stainless steel with long macerations. Aging takes place for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 12 months in French oak barrels (1/3 of which are new)

TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: This wine presents a combination of aromas of black cherry, cassis, menthol, cedar, tobacco, leather and spices
Taste: A beautiful balance of fruit, oak, fine tannins and bright acidity is noticeable on the palate, with a long and satisfying finish
PAIRINGS: A very versatile wine; goes well with red meats, game and well-structured cheeses
