TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: Slightly ethereal on the nose, then driven by clear memories of ripe red fruit, and ultimately enriched by hints of dill, oak and underbrush
Taste: Good balance in the mouth, well organized between freshness and tannins, and long in persistence
PAIRINGS: Excellent with red meat or game, it is to be tried with woodcock on the spit
FRUITY: Serve at 16°C
VINIFICATION: Left to rest for over a year in small wood, it is completed with at least an additional 12 months of bottle aging. It is Rosso that reminds us that the Italy of wine is not only made up of Barolo or Brunello, Chianti or Amarone, but is on the contrary rich in so many other exceptional appellations, certainly little known but at the same time all to be discovered and appreciated in every smallest nuance
