THE PRODUCER: Alamea was born from the international mind and experience of Daniele Dalla Pola and Elis Carriero. Together they built the tasting and organoleptic profiles of Alamea Liqueurs. Alamea in the Hawaiian language means precious. Alamea is also a typical Hawaiian starfish, where the upper part of the star is poisonous and causes pain to those who are stung, but at the same time the lower part can heal the painful effects. The basic idea was to recreate in high quality some products that are no longer on the market or that are often prepared home made, to be of help to those who perhaps cannot, due to timing or difficulty, easily find them. Alamea Liqueurs are designed to create exotic and tiki cocktails, but they are also perfectly suited to twist on classic or enjoyed individually.
