Description: Maison Ferrand, with its "Canerock" creates a new way of conceiving and tasting Jamaican Rum. Distilled in Jamaica in the distilleries owned by the French company, this Spiced Rum intoxicates nose and palate with intense nuances of spices and exotic fruits. It is made from a blend of Jamaican rums aged 3 to 10 years in American oak barrels, then flavored with vanilla, coconut, ginger and natural spices. Then a portion of the rum (10-15%) is finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels to win more depth and taste-olfactory layering. Excellent both neat and in blending.
