TASTING NOTES

Color: mahogany with bright reflections.

Nose: with a complex and expressive scent, with evident presence of tough wood and a slight aroma of vanilla in the aftertaste. Hints of green apple, dried myrrh, and orange peel, dried lime. Spicy scents like cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate: seductive and intense. In perfect balance with the woody notes that derive from the barrels. Flavors of candied fruits, red berries, ripe fruits and spices such as cloves emerge.

DESCRIPTION: Botran reserve 15 years, created with the best ingredients, including virgin honey extracted from sugar cane collected with ingenuity and intelligence, the juice distilled locally and aged in the mountains, where the conditions are optimal for a slow maturation.
