Description: The distillate is left to age for four years in American oak barrels that previously contained Bourbon. This initial aging is followed by an additional eighteen months in four different types of sherry casks, each of which gives the product particular flavors: Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Cream and Palo Cortado. Finally, the rums from the four casks are carefully blended to create the Don Papa Sherry Cask Finish
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Light amber
Nose: Fruity aromas, with notes of walnut, raisin, cocoa and ripe plum
Palate: On the palate with its velvety texute and delicate sweetness from which notes of plum, dark chocolate and ripe figs emerge
