TASTING NOTES.
Color: Crystal clear straw yellow to the eye
Appearance: Fine and persistent perlage
Nose: On the nose a bouquet of wild shrub flowers (hawthorn and broom) and a refined hint of cedar, then notes of brioche and toasted hazelnut with Mediterranean aromas (fresh oregano)
Taste: In the mouth it is savory, fresh, with a nice creamy effervescence and a pleasant finish of bitter almond and orange zest
PAIRINGS: This is a noble and elegant wine. It knows how to accompany delicate appetizers and fish first courses, white meats and medium-aged cheeses, but it also likes challenges and bold pairings
FRUITY: Serve at 8/10°C
