Description: Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, Villa Crespia Winery's Franciacorta Riserva Dosaggio Zero comes from organically farmed vineyards owned by the Muratori family. After manual harvesting, the carefully selected grapes are subjected to soft pressing in such a way as to use the first pressing: alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and after a maturation period of 7/8 months, the wine is finally aged in the bottle for a minimum period of 6o months.
TASTING NOTES.
Appearance: Fine and persistent perlage
Color: Straw yellow
Nose: The olfactory bouquet evokes ripe fruit, citrus, spices and floral notes particularly of linden
Taste: It has a good structure on the palate.
PAIRINGS: Excellent throughout a meal, for particularly creamy dishes. Especially good with fish and white meat main courses.
