Description: FeudiStudi is a new research project that Feudi di San Gregorio has undertaken on the most expressive vineyards of its native grape varieties in the different districts of Iripinia. Fiano di Avellino is one of those grapes that tells, candidly, the typicality of the Irpinian land and its wine, if left to evolve, interprets it faithfully and pleasantly, enhancing it.

TASTING NOTES.
Color: Straw yellow.
Nose: The nose reveals a broad olfactory spectrum made of golden apple, orange blossom, fresh hazelnut and wildflower honey.
Palate: Tasty and savory, it has good body, nice acidity and interesting fruity finish.
PAIRINGS: Versatile, it goes well with even elaborate fish dishes, such as pasta alla Norma or salt cod with olives and capers.
FRUITY: Serve at 8/10°C
