Palate: It is smooth on the palate, with delicate hints of Mediterranean aromas. The wine has a broad and elegant structure, with a long and persistent finish

PAIRINGS: Perfect with white meats and aged cheeses, it is ideal with fish and shellfish dishes

FRUITY: Serve at 10/12°C

WINE-MAKING: After a soft crushing and static decantation of the must, the grapes ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine ages in barriques for 12 months and an additional 3 months in bottles
