It is a real pleasure to taste wines like these, simple, clean and unadulterated, the result of a perfect synergy between soil, microclimate and vine, a vital interpretation of traditional cellar practices that leave the peculiarities of the grapes intact.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Very clear and bright straw yellow
Nose: The nose reveals scents of wild flowers, citrus, white peach, fresh almond and flint.
Taste: Agile and clean on the palate, it entices one sip after another thanks to its lively freshness and the right balance between savoriness and smoothness.
PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif served well chilled, it pairs perfectly with first and second courses of fish, with ricotta and spinach ravioli and with baked vegetables au gratin.
