Description: Venice, 1920, in the full ferment of the early postwar period: this is where Select was born, which would make no small contribution to the spread of the aperitif fashion, then in its infancy. A contribution that would carry into the 1970s, a period in which the Spritz was born in the version we know today, where a third ingredient is added to white wine and sparkling water: Select. Produced by the Montenegro Group, it is made using thirty different botanicals and is processed following the original process. It is an Aperitif Bitter with which you can make your best Spritzes.
